Terms of Service

1. Scope of Coaching

Liudmyla’s career and personal coaching is designed to foster self-reflection, help you reach your goals, and strengthen your sense of responsibility. 
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychological counselling, legal advice, or financial consulting. Every decision and action you take remains entirely your own responsibility.

2. Service Term & Obligations

The coaching agreement begins on the date of the first payment.

Pre-paid sessions must start within 30 days of payment unless we agree otherwise. If coaching does not begin within that period, the sessions may be cancelled without refund.

Taking part in the first session confirms your acceptance of these Terms.


3. Responsibility & Expectations

Liudmyla provides a safe, structured, and supportive space for reflection, growth, and action. 
The outcome, however, depends on your honesty, engagement, and readiness to act. 
No specific result is guaranteed, as success is influenced by your individual circumstances and choices.


4. Sessions & Scheduling

Unless agreed otherwise, the standard framework is:
● Session length 50 minutes of coaching + 10 minutes for logistics● Format Online (Zoom, Google Meet, or another mutually convenient platform)● Frequency Weekly or bi-weekly● Language Ukrainian or English—your choice

You agree to follow the agreed schedule and give timely notice of any changes.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a session no later than 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used and are non-refundable.
If the coach cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the next session is free of charge.
In force-majeure situations (illness, emergencies), both parties will seek a suitable alternative.

6. Communication Between Sessions

Brief support between sessions (via email or messenger) is available for progress check-ins, clarifications, and encouragement. It does not replace a full session. The coach replies within 1–2 business days.

7. Payment

Sessions are payable 100 % in advance.

Price: €75 per session (tax included).

Package pricing: 4 sessions — €2887 sessions — €48312 sessions - €708

Corporate payments follow a separate tariff.

Payment details are provided separately, and sessions start only after payment is confirmed.

8. Refunds

If cooperation ends early (e.g., you complete 5 of 10 paid sessions), unused sessions are refunded minus taxes and transfer fees.

9. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during sessions is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Sessions may be recorded only with your written and verbal approval.

10. Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.

If the coach terminates (e.g., due to unethical behaviour or conflict of interest), unused sessions are refunded.

If the client terminates, the refund policy in Section 8 applies.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials and resources provided during coaching are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without permission.

12. Amendments

Liudmyla reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will give prior notice of changes. Continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
