Hi, I’m Liudmyla — a peer coach and aspiring executive coach. I help people reconnect with their authentic selves — and take action from that place.

Born and raised in Ukraine, I moved to the Netherlands nearly four years ago to join my partner. The journey has been anything but linear, and every twist has shaped who I am—both personally and professionally.

I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Materials Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,” and my career path has been refreshingly diverse. I’ve worked as an educational manager at a university, an office & project manager in an IT company, an independent consultant running my own advisory practice, and an operational manager at a tech-PR school. Each role has broadened my perspective on how people learn, collaborate, and succeed.

Today, as a peer coach, I’m passionate about helping others uncover their unique strengths and build unshakable confidence. My mission is simple: empower you to tap into your inner resources and achieve the goals that matter most—just as I’ve done on my own path.
